01 / Overview

The bigger picture.

AGIB pairs a customer-facing mobile banking app with an administrative workspace. The app brings accounts and payments together, while the admin console organises transaction activity, reporting, and platform management.

02 / Process & decisions

How the pieces come together.

  1. Bring everyday tasks together

    The home screen groups account information with shortcuts for transfers, payments, cash power, and airtime.

  2. Support multiple accounts

    The account switcher gives customers a dedicated way to move between their accounts within the same app.

  3. Connect banking and payments

    The published feature set includes transfers to AGIB and other banks, alongside bill payments and utility purchases.

  4. Bring operations into view

    The admin dashboard groups transfers, airtime, and cash power activity into an overview with volume trends and transaction comparisons. Separate navigation areas organise transaction workflows, reports, users, and configuration.
